Just print the templates full size on A4 paper, cut them out, score & bend and glue them with flaps.

(Templates are COMPATIBLE WITH both LETTER & A4 size PAPER. Do not scale to fit the paper, print 100%.). You will be able to enlarge the file, don't forget to group all the elements before changing the size.
